WOW, Where to Start. I was just looking in the internet about homes for sale on Staten Island, I had (Chris Sold it ) a house there for 25 years with a Family member living in since we moved to N.C. in 1989. I clicked on Contact realtor to just see if we could sell the house. 5 Min Later i was on the phone with Chris DiToro, He knew everything about thee house already, We talked and i had advised him about the Family Member Living in the house.
